20+ years of direct video game experience. Served as VP of Sales and Business Development for Activision where he helped lead transformational growth by managing revenue, business development and 3rd party relations. Previous experience as sales leader at The Learning Company/Mattel and Davidson/Vivendi Software.
Mark Meadows
19+ years direct video game experience. Served as VP of Marketing and Creative for Activision, helping launch over 70 video game titles. Prior experience includes 10+ years in advertising with Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis, as well as global brand management with Motorola where he was a key member of the brand team that launched the Talk About radios.

20+ years direct video game experience. Served as Executive Vice President of Activision overseeing Call of Duty, Destiny, Skylanders and Guitar Hero, with proven track record of developing and executing strategic growth plans that achieve transformational brand growth.
Andy Koehler
SVP of Biz Dev & Licensing
19+ years direct video game experience. Served as Head of Licensing for Activision, successfully developing over +$1B in licensed video game sales. Koehler negotiated and signed over 100 Licensing and Business Development partnerships with companies including Hasbro, Nickelodeon, Mattel, Cartoon Network, Disney, Dream Works, Discovery Channel, NASCAR, ABC, FOX, Sony and Universal Studios.
Jeremy Barker
VP of Finance
18 years of Finance experience, including 7 in the video game industry. Previously worked with two prestigious Fortune 50 companies, Cardinal Health and Target, and earned an MBA through the Carlson School of Management.
Paul Campagna
VP of Studios
17+ years of direct video game experience. Previously served as Director of Information Technology and Director of Production at Majesco Entertainment where he was responsible for 3rd party relations, platform technologies and studio operations. Paul has contributed to the release of well over 100 titles throughout the world.
